The Law of Attraction/Vibration states that everything vibrates and nothing rests. Vibrations of the same frequency resonate with each other, so like attracts like energy. Everything is energy, including your thoughts. Constantly focusing on a particular thought or idea attracts its vibrational match. How to apply it: focus on what you want instead of what you don't want.

Les serves as BigWheel’s Understander in Chief. Since starting at BigWheel in 1998, he has worked to understand the needs, audience, and technologies available for local, national, and international clients. As a design major in the 90s, Les saw the digital environment as a necessary skill to be able to proceed into the future. It wasn’t something that was formally taught at the time, so he sought out a team of forward-thinking mentors. Since then, Les has done everything from code microsites and sweepstakes to manage photo and video shoots. Les says that the ultimate reward of his role is helping people to succeed.
