BigWheel is seeking a Junior Sales Representative for our Knoxville-based team. We’re looking for a tech-savvy achiever who’s ready to hit the ground running.  Our target clients are local, regional, and national businesses primarily in the manufacturing, transportation, healthcare, construction, and technology industries.

The ideal candidate will be customer-service driven, have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, be dependable, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.

Job responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Meeting sales goals
  • Prospecting for new customers, including cold-calling and giving presentations to potential clients
  • Responding to incoming inquiries
  • Building relationships with current and potential clients to identify and foster new business opportunities
  • Responding to RFP requests, writing proposals, and corresponding / negotiating with clients
  • Performing light account and project management duties as needed
  • Monitoring and following up on prospective customers by updating leads through our CRM
  • Providing excellent customer service

Qualifications:

  • Ambitious and energetic personality who thrives in a high-paced environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and find creative solutions to challenges
  • Familiar with digital technology, or strong commitment to learning the industry
  • One to three years of outside sales or marketing experience is preferred
