Valentine’s Day isn’t just a “Hallmark” holiday anymore. It’s about celebrating the people you love, whether it’s your significant other, family member, or best bud. Actually, according to Entrepreneur, people searched more for “Valentine’s Day Gifts for Friend” on Bing.com than “Valentine’s Day Gifts for Boyfriend.” We should note that husband beat both search rankings—it’s tough to shop for those guys!
Valentine’s Day is also a great opportunity for companies to showcase their brand and the meaning behind it. For our client, Kimball’s Jewelers, it was an opportunity to share advice from a team that’s been involved in a lot of loving situations—birthdays, proposals, anniversaries, “just because,” and more. Specifically for Valentine’s Day, people have spent up to $4.5 billion on jewelry for special occasions. So Kimball’s staff need to be on top of their game.
