Buddy Gregg RVs & Motor Homes is one of the largest RV dealers in the Southeast. After another firm disappointed the dealership, they sought a new PPC provider who could deliver intelligible reports with actionable insight. BigWheel planned to demonstrate it was more than just a PPC shop, namely that it pull potential customers into the funnel, help close them, and use the data to exponentially multiply closing rate efficiencies.

Within the first month of the partnership, BigWheel and Buddy Gregg saw leads almost double. To start, BigWheel built a massive RVs campaign to target potential customers locally and regionally. BigWheel instituted advanced phone call tracking to tally conversions from all sources not just from paid advertisements in addition to tracking inventory requests, finance applications, directions requests, and much more. Data is reported in real time in a custom analytics dashboard built for the client. After tying into the CRM, we are also able to tie particular avenues of traffic (paid search, display, organic search, social, etc.) with web-to-lead conversion rates, closing rates, costs per lead, and return on investment. With this data, Buddy Gregg is able to invest the most time and energy into traffic sources that convert the most.
